Munich, 17 September 2019 - The international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised Logicor, one of the largest logistics property specialists in Europe, on leasing a large transhipment warehouse located in Haiger in Hesse, with a size of 12,000 sqm, to Raben Trans European Germany GmbH. The transhipment warehouse Haiger II is located between the cities of Wetzlar and Siegen.
The logistics service provider Raben Trans plans to expand its network in Germany and will take over the former spaces of
Kühne + Nagel in January 2020. The spaces are thereby fully rented.
