Frankfurt am Main, 4 May 2020 – The international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised init innovation in traffic systems SE, Karlsruhe, on the takeover of DResearch Fahrzeugelektronik Group. The transaction was executed via the subsidiary iris GmbH infrared & intelligent sensors, Berlin. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
