Munich, 18 February 2019 – In a multidisciplinary co-operation with the accounting firm BBWP GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, the international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has assisted with structuring an innovative investment product for the crowd-funding market which will set new standards. The project which is unique in its form entails that crowdfunding investors benefit from securities in the Land Register. The structure offers investors an improved and sustainable security for their investments. The securities in the Land Register are what set the product apart from its competition in the market.
The project is being distributed by Home Rocket Deutschland GmbH, the first crowdfunding platform in Europe, which has specialised specifically in real estate projects internationally in Germany and Austria. Project developer is Krondach & Steinmeister GmbH, located in Berlin, Germany.
The accounting firm BBWP GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft acts as trustee for the securities in the Land Register for the project.
