As of today the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia is starting to accept applications for the inclusion of modern technologies in the government list for the purpose of concluding special investment contracts under the special investment contract system SPIC 2.0 (Resolution No. 319 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 21 March 2010).
