Munich, 13 December 2021 – The international law firm ADVANT Beiten elects the two Munich colleagues Dr Stefan Lochner (Labour Law) and Moritz Kopp (Corporate/M&A) as Equity Partners with effect from 1 January 2022.
For the Frankfurt office, Dr Gerald Müller-Machwirth from the area of Labour & Employment Law is elected Senior Salary. Another eight lawyers were appointed as Salary Partners.

Dr Stefan Lochner advises in particular on all aspects of individual and collective labour law, for instance, negotiating management board, managing director and employment agreements, conducting termination disputes, establishing and implementing restructuring concepts, in negotiations on the conclusion of reconciliation of interests and social plans, in negotiations of collective agreements, as well as on all kinds of legal disputes under works constitution law.
Moritz Kopp particularly advises on issues relating to limited liability companies and joint-stock companies, general contract law and private international law. His area of activity comprises advising on M&A-transactions, reorganisation, commercial law matters
as well as related litigation, arbitration and mediation.
In addition to the two Equity Partners and one Senior Salary Partner, these are the newly elected Salary Partners:
