Ansgar Messow is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Dusseldorf office and member of the Real Estate practice group. His area of expertise comprises advising German/international clients (e.g. fund management companies, institutional investors, medium-sized and large companies, project developers and wealthy private individuals) on Real Estate Law. He advises on legal asset management (e.g. commercial tenancy law), land law, legal due diligence/real estate transaction und project development.
Ansgar Messow studied law at the University of Osnabruck and was admitted to the German Bar in 2011. He obtained his LL.M. in "Real Estate Law" at Westfälische Wilhelms-University of Munster in 2015. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2025, Mr. Ansgar Messow worked for more than 13 years in the field of real estate law at two international law firms in Frankfurt/Main and subsequently in Dusseldorf. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2025.
