Frankfurt am Main, 5 February 2021 – The international commercial law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised DeinHandy GmbH, Heusenstamm, on the acquisition of a majority shareholding in einsAmobile GmbH (einsAmobile) from mobilezone Deutschland GmbH (Mobilezone). The purchase takes effect retroactively as of 1 January 2021; the parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume.

einsAmobile was founded in 2005 and subsequently developed into one of the leading hardware distributors in the mobile communications sector. The einsAmobile product range includes mobile devices of all well-known mobile device manufacturers. In addition, einsAmobile also brokers mobile phone contracts.

Mobilezone had acquired all shares in einsAmobile in 2015. Mobilezone is part of the listed Swiss Mobilezone Group, the leading independent telecommunications provider in the mobile and landline telephony sector in Switzerland.
