The German-Russian Forum announces the "Swimming across Russia" social project, initiated by Falk Tischendorf. This project, aimed at supporting rural schools, children’s institutions, and children’s libraries in the Russian regions, has received backing from such companies as Siemens Healthineers LLC, Fischer Sports LLC, Wilo SE and Wilo Rus LLC, GEA Rus LLC, Rehau LLC, Bautex LLC, the Russian Fund for the Support of Socially Important State Projects, Rotary Clubs Metropol Moskau and Humboldt Moskau, as well as numerous private individuals.

The German-Russian Forum is a public initiative promoting the development of German-Russian relations. In its work, the Forum focuses special attention on links between social and business circles. The outstanding awareness of the thinking behind the Forum in the fields of politics, economics, science, culture, and media reflects the particular strategic quality of relations between the two countries.
