Hamburg/Munich, 12 September 2019 – The international commercial law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT reinforces its team with Dr Feyzan Ünsal (42) as of 01 October 2019. She supports the employment law team around Dr Thomas Lambrich as Salary Partner in Hamburg.

Most recently, Dr Feyzan Ünsal was working as an in-house lawyer with Lufthansa Technik AG (Compensation & Benefits, Labour Relations) in Hamburg. After her legal studied she successfully completed the "Erasmus Postgraduate Program in Law and Economics" (E.M.L.E.) and obtained her doctoral degree on a labour law topic. After she was admitted to the German Bar in 2008, she started her lawyer's career with Pusch Wahlig in Berlin. Between 2014 and 2017 she was working as a lawyer with Watson Farley & Williams LLP in Hamburg. Above that, she was a lecturer at various universities.

Dr Feyzan Ünsal focuses on restructurings and personnel measures in this regard as well as all issues related to works constitutional law and protection against unfair dismissals legislation including litigation. Moreover, she supports clients in negotiations with works council committees, in particular on the conclusion of reconciliation of interests and social plans. At BEITEN BURKHARDT she gets reunited with her former companions from Pusch Wahlig Legal, Lambrich and Butz.
