Frankfurt am Main, 31 January 2020 – The international commercial law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT enters into an exclusive cooperation with "The Growth Stage" (TGS), a platform that brings together institutional investors with growth companies.

The Growth Stage entered the market in autumn 2018 as the world's first financing platform for private growth companies raising investment capital from institutional investors. The company has succeeded in attracting pension funds, private client funds, hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds and family offices as investors. Access is free of charge for both growth companies and institutional investors. Only one percent of the funds raised by the companies within the scope of financing goes to The Growth Stage as commission.
