With core members of our REACH Taskforce working in our Brussels office, the regulatory requirements applicable to the chemicals industry are naturally a focus of our work.

We advise on the technical aspects of the registration procedure under Regulation 1907/2006 (the REACH Regulation), and on its practical implementation, such as for example, on how to form or join a consortium or on compliance for importers, who do not have legal status under the relevant national laws.

We have drafted and designed many of the crucial documents in REACH procedures and have advised, for example, on lead registrant and letter of access agreements, and on the registration dossier. Our clients include consortia, registrants, only representatives and manufacturers located outside of the EU.

We also assist with merger control, antitrust compliance and anti-dumping, and manage these procedures.

Manufacturing and processing companies are some of our core clients in the chemicals sector. These include world-renowned chemical groups and companies involved in plastics processing, glass ceramics and polymer chemicals. We can assist you with questions relating to the establishment and operation of a chemical company and the manufacture and distribution of chemical products.
