    Artikel 5: Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz

    Das neue Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (HinSchG) ist beschlossen und tritt voraussichtlich Mitte Juni 2023 in Kraft. Unternehmen mit mehr als 50 Mitarbeitern sind zum Einrichten einer internen Meldestelle verpflichtet, über die Verstöße gemeldet werden können. Ebenso enthält das HinSchG einige Schutzmaßnahmen für Hinweisgeber.
