    Widerspruch zur Wirecard-Entscheidung und D&O-Versicherung?

    Mit Urteil des OLG Frankfurt am Main vom 07.07.2021 (Az. 7 U 19/21) obsiegte der ehemalige Vorstandsvorsitzende der Wirecard AG in einem viel beachteten Rechtsstreit gegen seinen D&O-Versicherer. Der ehemalige Vorstandsvorsitzende hatte zuvor am LG Frankfurt am Main im Rahmen des einstweiligen Rechtschutzes erfolgreich erstritten, dass ihm der D&O-Versicherer vorläufigen Abwehrkostenschutz in Form der Erstattung von Anwaltshonoraren zu gewähren hat.”
