    Novellierung des Außenwirtschaftsgesetzes aus europarechtlicher Perspektive

    „Der Beitrag stellt die wesentlichen Neuerungen des Außenwirtschaftsgesetzes (AWG) sowie der Außenwirtschaftsverordnung (AWV) aus europarechtlicher Perspektive vor und erläutert die daraus resultierenden Änderungen des nationalen Investitionskontrollverfahrens. Zunächst erfolgt allerdings neben der Darlegung des aktuellen Verfahrensstands des Investitionsschutzabkommens (Comprehensive Agreement on Investment, CAI) zwischen der Europäischen Union und der Volksrepublik China ein rechtsvergleichender Überblick über ausgewählte nationale Investitionskontrollmechanismen, um die Gründe für das erstarkte Interesse an Investitionskontrolle besser nachvollziehen zu können.“
