    Liebe Leserinnen und Leser,

     

    Upload-Filter, Leistungsschutzrecht, Änderungen bei der angemessenen Vergütung von Urhebern: Selten wurde ein europäisches Gesetzgebungsvorhaben in der Öffentlichkeit so emotional diskutiert wie die anstehende Reform des Urheberrechts. Gegner befürchten das Ende des Internets, wie wir es kennen - oder gar das Ende der Meinungsfreiheit. So weit muss es nicht kommen. Klar ist aber: Die Richtlinie wird sperrig und schwer vom deutschen Gesetzgeber umzusetzen sein, auch die von der Reform betroffenen Unternehmen werden vor Herausforderungen stehen.
