Munich, 12 January 2016 – The international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised LaSalle Investment Management on the sale of the so-called Victoria package to Patrizia group. The transaction was notarised on 29 December 2015, having a volume in an amount of EUR 250 mio.
The real estate package comprises 21 specialised retail centres and do-it-yourself stores with a rentable retail space of 180,000 sqm. Tenants are, inter alia, Rewe, Edeka, Kaufland and Bauhaus. The buildings are located in economically strong regions, with a geographical focus on Bavaria, Lower Saxony and Schleswig-Holstein.
