Munich, 24 July 2018 – The international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has advised Hitachi Solutions Europe Limited on the acquisition of all shares in implexis GmbH, a German limited liability company based in Nuremberg. The shares were sold by the seller Almira Transformationsmanagement GmbH; the Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) was signed in June this year and the purchase executed at the beginning of July. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume. Subject of the purchase was also the indirect acquisition of all shares in implexis analytics GmbH, also based in Nuremberg.
