    BEITEN BURKHARDT Advises Bosch Rexroth AG on Sale to Weidmüller Holding

    Munich, 22 September 2016 – The international commercial law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has represented Bosch Rexroth AG in the sale of all business interests in Bosch Rexroth Monitoring Systems GmbH to Weidmüller Holding AG & Co. KG („Weidmüller"). The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction volume. The takeover is still subject to clearance by the competent merger control authorities.

     

    Bosch Rexroth Monitoring Systems GmbH, with business seat in Dresden, currently employs about 25 employees and produces condition monitoring systems for wind turbines. The solutions produced by Bosch Rexroth Monitoring Systems GmbH are currently known in the market under the brand BLADEcontrol.

     

    Bosch Rexroth AG is an industrial enterprise in the field of electric drives and controls with more than 31,100 employees worldwide and it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
