Inka Adam
Career
Inka Adam is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Frankfurt office and member of the practice group Labour Law. Her area of expertise comprises litigation and compliance. She comprehensively advises her national and international clients in all areas of individual and collective labour law. Her area of activity particularly comprises issues in the area of employee data protection, introduction and implementation of remuneration and participation schemes as well as secondments abroad.
Inka Adam studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the German Bar in 2004. She has been working at ADVANT Beiten since 2005 and became Partner in 2009. After a legal traineeship in London, she first worked as lawyer at Ashurst in Munich and then at Faegre & Benson LLP in Frankfurt am Main. She has been a labour law specialist since 2008.
