Dr Ariane Loof
Career
Dr Ariane Loof is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. Her field of activity includes advising international and national group companies on the implementation of works agreements and work instructions on the use of software and hardware, on the implementation of matrix organisations, on the documentation of group-wide processing of employee data under data protection law, as well as advising on collective labour law, data protection law and IT law in all other matters.
Dr Ariane Loof studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin. In 2008 she passed her Second State Examination in Berlin. She was also admitted to the bar in 2008 at the Berlin Bar Association. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in October 2022, Dr Loof worked in employment law and data protection law as counsel in the Berlin office of Dentons Europe LLP and as senior manager in the Berlin office of KPMG Law.
