Wilken Beckering is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Dusseldorf office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises insolvency law/restructuring, M&A-transactions and corporate law. He particularly advises his national and international clients on restructuring matters, manager´s liability, in particular in the context of insolvency, insolvency challenge and M&A-transactions. Furthermore Mr. Beckering provides ongoing advice in corporate law questions to both companies and shareholders not only in the private but also in the public sector.
Wilken Beckering studied law at the Universities of Münster and Nijmegen (NL) and was admitted to the German Bar in 2003. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, Mr. Beckering worked as lawyer in big nationwide and international lawfirms in Essen, Osnabrück and Bielefeld. He has been Partner with ADVANT Beiten since 2020. Wilken Beckering is lecturer at Hochschule Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences in the department of insolvency law.
