Theresa Neidhardt is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. Her area of expertise comprises advice on all legal questions in the field of individual and collective labour law as well as data protection law.
Theresa Neidhardt studied law at the Albert Ludwig University Freiburg and completed her legal clerkship 2022 in Brandenburg. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, Ms. Neidhardt worked in the healthcare sector within the human resources department. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2023. Since then she has been working with ADVANT Beiten.
