Stefan Raddatz is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Frankfurt am Main office and member of the practice group Assets, Succession, Foundations. His area of expertise comprises advice on all tax and legal issues concerning asset succession, inheritance law, foundation and charity law as well as law of associations. In these fields of law, Mr Raddatz primarily takes on contract-drafting but also forensic functions.
Stefan Raddatz studied law at the Universities of Mainz and Rome (Italy) and was admitted to the German Bar in 2012. Since then he has been working with ADVANT Beiten. In 2020 Stefan Raddatz became Partner.
