Simone Schmatz is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. Her area of expertise comprises advising national and international clients in commercial and corporate law, M&A, joint ventures and conversion transactions.
Simone Schmatz studied law at the University of Passau and was admitted to the German Bar in 2022. Until her start at ADVANT Beiten she was working for another law firm in the field of corporate law and M&A. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2023.
