    Expertise

    Simon Bauer is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Hamburg office. His field of activity includes advice in the area of transaction tax, international taxation and corporate tax law.

    Simon Bauer studied law at the Universities of Potsdam and Münster. During his legal clerkship he, amongst others, worked for the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce in Chennai, India and the law firm Kim & Chang in Seoul, South Korea. Simon Bauer was admitted to the German Bar in 2018. After working for two years with an international auditing company Simon Bauer joined ADVANT Beiten in 2020. In 2021 he was publicly appointed as tax advisor.
