Robin Maletz is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Berlin office and member of the practice group Real Estate. His main activities take place in the area of real estate law (real estate property as well as hereditary rights transactions, encumbrances (servitudes, financial encumbrances and public constructional law encumbrances) as well as financing), Urban Development Agreements, division in residential and non residential condominium property, combined agreements for real estate and construction, construction law, land register law, notary and certicfication law, law in connection with the reunification of Germany, in particular restitutional law and creation of agreements.
Robin Maletz studied law at the Free University of Berlin (second juridical state exam 1990) and was admitted to the German bar in 1992 and as Notary in 2004. He started his career at an international manufacturer of automobiles. Later he changed to the Treuhandanstalt (governmental re-privatization institution after the renunification of Germany) and then to the largest privatised hotel and real estate enterprise. Before he joined ADVANT Beiten in 1997 he worked with an international operating law firm in Berlin.
