Olga Prokopyeva is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Berlin office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. Her area of expertise comprises corporate law, commercial law and mergers & acquisitions. She particularly advises national and international clients on commercial and corporate law issues as well as on transactions, restructurings and market entry in Germany.
Olga Prokopyeva studied law at the University of Potsdam and was admitted to the German Bar in 2019. She also studied law in Russia (Moscow) and has a Russian lawyer degree (Diploma). She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2018.
