    Expertise

    Klaus Beine is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Frankfurt office and head of the Real Estate practice group. He advises national and international enterprises, in particular on real estate transactions. He further focuses his activities on public and private building law including project development, architectural, broker's and commercial lease law.

    Klaus Beine studied law at the University of Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the German Bar in 1993. In 2011, he was appointed notary by the president of the Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. Before joining ADVANT Beiten, Klaus Beine worked with a medium-sized commercial law firm known for its real estate practice in Frankfurt. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2013.
