Julia Alexandra Schütte is Partner at the offices of ADVANT Beiten in Berlin and Hamburg and member of the Labour & Employment Law practice group. Her area of expertise comprises both individual and collective labour law, focusing on advice and litigation connected to conflicts with works councils and employee representatives of companies belonging to welfare associations (Diakonisches Werk, Caritas etc.). She works for large and medium-sized companies (e.g. from the healthcare sector and nursing facilities). Julia Alexandra Schütte has indepth litigation experience and broad expertise in advising employers on employment contracts, hiring and termination, severance and separation agreements. She advises on restructurings of companies and in mergers and acquisitions, with respect to labour and employment law and pensions.
Julia Alexandra Schütte studied Law at the University of Heidelberg. She was admitted to the German Bar in 2006 and has been a licensed specialist for labour law since 2010. She started her career at one of the major auditing companies, working in the restructuring and transaction business. Thereafter she was lawyer to a boutique law firm for medium-sized companies where she already focussed on the healthcare sector. She joined ADVANT Beiten as a Partner in September 2016.
