Inka Adam is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Frankfurt office and member of the practice group Labour Law. She advises national and international clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law. A particular focus of her work is the representation of clients throughout Germany in complex employment disputes, in particular unfair dismissal and trade secret litigation. Her clients include companies from the mobility, industrial, consumer goods, banking & finance and public sectors. In addition to her work at ADVANT Beiten, Inka Adam has been co-editor of SPA-Schnellinformation für Personalmanagement und Arbeitsrecht, published by C.H. Beck Verlag, since 2018.
Inka Adam studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the German Bar in 2004. She has been working at ADVANT Beiten since 2005 and became Partner in 2009. After a legal traineeship in London, she first worked as lawyer at Ashurst in Munich and then at Faegre & Benson LLP in Frankfurt am Main. She has been a labour law specialist since 2008.
