Fabian Buker is a senior associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Tax Practice Group. His areas of expertise include corporate taxation, international taxation and tax planning. In addition to resolving tax disputes, his portfolio also includes succession advice for companies and wealthy individuals, which covers both tax and inheritance law.
Fabian Buker studied law at the University of Bayreuth, specializing in tax and corporate law, and completed additional studies in economics. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Nuremberg. He was admitted to the German Bar in 2022. In 2025 he was publicly appointed as tax advisor. He has been at ADVANT Beiten since 2022 in the area of tax law.
