Dr Sebastian Weller is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Dusseldorf office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He focuses on Corporate/M&A as well as Private Equity/Venture Capital, supporting clients in Germany and abroad particularly with corporate transactions (including restructuring projects, joint ventures or financing rounds). Among his clients are large corporate and medium-sized companies, private equity/venture capital funds and start-ups, as well as institutional and strategic investors. One industry focus is on the healthcare industry where he advises longstanding national and international clients.
Dr Weller studied law at Justus-Liebig-University, Gießen, and achieved his doctorate at the University of Augsburg. Since 2019, he has been working as Partner with ADVANT Beiten. Before joining ADVANT Beiten he worked for national and international law firms in Dusseldorf.
