Dr Mario Riechmann is Partner at ADVANT Beiten’s Frankfurt office and a member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. His area of expertise comprises corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, and tax law. He particularly advises national and international companies on arrangement, structuring and implementation of transactions.
Dr Mario Riechmann studied law at the University of Frankfurt am Main, and was admitted to the German Bar in 2008. Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2015, he worked first with an US law firm and then with a national law firm in Frankfurt am Main. In 2019 Dr Mario Riechmann became Partner.
