    Expertise

    Dr Christian Heinichen is Partner at ADVANT Beiten‘s Munich office and member of the Competition practice group. He advises national and international clients on all aspects of German and European competition law, including cartel investigations before the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission, merger control proceedings, dominance cases as well as competition compliance and general competition law advice.

    Dr Christian Heinichen studied law and economics at the Universities of Bayreuth, Münster, St. Gallen and Augsburg (Dr. iur. 2010). Before joining ADVANT Beiten in 2010 he worked for several years with another leading German law firm. Dr Christian Heinichen is a lecturer on competition law at the University of Augsburg. He became Partner at ADVANT Beiten in 2014.
