Danielle Golinski is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. Her field of activity includes general commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions, joint ventures, reorganisations and foreign trade law. She advises clients on national and international company sales and in the area of venture capital. She also has experience in the areas of litigation/arbitration and corporate disputes.
Danielle Golinski studied law at Westfälische Wilhelms-University in Münster. In 2018, she graduated with a master's degree (LL.M., International Trade Law) from Stellenbosch University, South Africa. After completing her legal clerkship in Munich in 2020, Danielle Golinski worked for a leading applied research organisation in the field of foreign trade law. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 2022.
