Christian Schenk is Partner at ADVANT Beiten in Dusseldorf and member of the Tax Law practice group. His area of activity comprises advice to businesses of various legal forms, sizes and industries on tax and business management issues. He particularly advises his national and international clients on transactions and on restructuring and reorganisation matters. He further provides advice on the control and optimisation compliance management systems.
Christian Schenk studied business administration and management at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. He was publicly appointed as tax advisor [Steuerberater] in 2008 and as Certified Public Accountant [Wirtschaftsprüfer]* in 2009. Christian Schenk has perennial of working experience in auditing and consulting and has worked for Haarmann Hemmelrath / Mazars Hemmelrath GmbH in Düsseldorf. He has been working with ADVANT Beiten as Partner since 2011.
