Andreas Scheffold is Senior Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Freiburg office and a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises national and international clients on M&A transactions and corporate as well as commercial law.
Andreas Scheffold studied law at the University of Tübingen and the University of Stockholm. He spent his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Leipzig, where he passed his second state examination in 2022. Alongside his work for ADVANT Beiten, Andreas Scheffold is working on his dissertation on "Abuse of Market Dominance by Hybrid Platforms" at the University of Jena.
