Mrs. Alexandra Möller, Maîtrise en droit, is Associate at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the labor law practice group. Ms. Möller advises on cross-border arrangements and on all matters of tax and social security law. A particular focus of her advice is on the interface between (wage) tax law and labor and (company) social security law. Another focus of her work is on providing support during restructuring, in particular advising on socially acceptable staff reduction measures, in which she assists companies in optimizing social compensation plans and their subsequent implementation. Finally, she advises high net worth individuals (HNWI and UHNWI), including numerous well-known professional athletes, on tax, social security and labor law issues, particularly in the context of moving to or from Germany.
Mrs. Möller studied law at the LMU Munich and at the Université Panthéon-Assaas Paris and successfully completed the German-French dual law degree as part of an integrated program. She thus holds two state law degrees as well as a license and a maîtrise en droit. During her studies in Paris, she worked for an international law firm, where she advised on labor and corporate law matters in a cross-border context. During her legal training, she also completed a stage at a large law firm in Munich. She has been working at Advant Beiten since october 2024.
