Career

Angelika Kapfer is Partner at ADVANT Beiten's Munich office and member of the Corporate / M&A practice group. She advises national and international clients in the area of commercial and corporate law, in particular in M&A, joint ventures and conversion transactions. Her expertise also comprises corporate compliance issues as well as the structuring of supply, development and cooperation agreements. Mrs Kapfer has particular knowledge in the automotive, media and leasing business fields.

Angelika Kapfer studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and was admitted to the German Bar in 1999. She was also admitted as tax advisor in Germany in 2003. She has been working with ADVANT Beiten since 1999 and became Partner in 2005.
