Warranties and Representations in Real Estate Sale and Purchase Transactions: The Supreme Court Explains the Rules

A seller of real estate may conceal information that has an impact on the buyer’s decision to acquire real estate. Diverse legal regulation of the rights of the buyer to obtain reliable information on goods creates additional legal risks. Warranties and representations will help to even out the differences and expand the liability of the seller.
