Sergey Morozov, an Associate at BEITEN BURKHARDT, took part in the First Russian-Italian Conference on International Commercial Arbitration and Mediation, which was held on 4th April 2019 in Moscow. The venue for the Conference was the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). The event was attended by leading arbitration and mediation specialists from Italy, as well as distinguished arbitrators from the ICAC and MAC.

The most pressing problems of international commercial arbitration, the development prospects for mediation and forms of cooperation between Russia and Italy in respect of this issue were discussed at the Conference. Sergey Morozov spoke on the topic "The Relationship between Mediation and Other Alternative Methods of Dispute Resolution".
