BEITEN BURKHARDT Holds "Secrets of the Four Oceans" Charity Event

Moscow, 5 December 2017 – Continuing its long-standing tradition, as the winter holidays approach international law firm BEITEN BURKHARDT has organised a charity event for the children from the Kolomna Municipal Social Rehabilitation Centre.

This year we took the children to the Moskvarium Centre for Oceanography and Marine Biology, where they had a chance to get acquainted with the amazing wildlife of the world's oceans. The Moskvarium is home to more than eight thousand animals, including 500 types of fish.

The children eagerly took part in entertaining quests. Some imagined themselves as pirates during the game "Pirate’s Cove", others as young explorers in the hunt for the "Secrets of the Ocean" and "In Search of Atlantis". Each child was able to try out new roles and to test their knowledge while figuring out brain-teasers. The children were also able to touch Moskvarium's smallest residents (sea stars, brittle stars, molluscs, etc.). From the multimedia exhibition "Jaws: 400 Million Years Under the Sea" the children learned whether they should really be afraid of sharks, the protagonists of thrillers and inhabitants of the dark depths.
Our trip was very enjoyable, giving everyone a tonne of positive emotions and high spirits!
